Indelec Prevectron 3 Tester with Fast Connect Technology – P1590
The Indelec Prevectron® 3 Tester (P1590) is a portable test device for checking Prevectron® 3 Early Streamer Emission (ESE) air terminals on site. Thanks to Indelec’s Fast Connect Technology, technicians can test the air terminal’s circuits without removing it from the mast. That makes commissioning and routine maintenance faster, safer and cheaper.
One Connection Point, No Dismounting
With Fast Connect Technology, each internal circuit of the Prevectron® 3 is tested through a single connection point. The technician connects the black cable to the Prevectron® 3 circuits and the yellow cable with crocodile clip to earth, and runs the test directly at the installation. There is no need to take down the air terminal or send it away for checking.
Designed for the Prevectron 3 Range
The P1590 is designed for Indelec’s Prevectron® 3 ESE air terminals, including:
- Prevectron 3 S60 (P1543): 60 µs advance time, 6 modules
- Prevectron 3 S50 (P1533): 50 µs advance time, 4 modules
- Prevectron 3 S40 (P1523): 40 µs advance time, 3 modules
It is a useful tool for lightning protection installers, maintenance contractors and facility managers who look after one or more Prevectron® 3 installations.
Portable and Ready to Use
The tester weighs only 0.415 kg and runs on four standard 1.5 V AA batteries. It comes as a complete kit in an Indelec transport bag.
