Indelec Prevectron 3 TS10 ESE Air Terminal – P1503
The Indelec Prevectron® 3 TS10 (P1503) is an Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning conductor with a 10 µs advance time (ΔT). It is the most compact model of the Prevectron® 3 range, designed for small structures such as houses, small commercial buildings, rooftop equipment, antennas and specific areas of industrial sites. It shares the same OptiMax® technology, stainless steel construction and certifications as the larger models, which Indelec describes as the first ever UL-certified ESE air terminal.
OptiMax® Technology with 2 Synchronised Modules
The TS10 continuously measures the electric field gradient (ΔE/Δt) to detect an approaching storm and triggers the upward streamer through 2 independent, synchronised modules. Indelec’s OptiMax® system neutralises the space charges around the conductor before the streamer is released, for reliable triggering.
Lightweight and Robust
At just 2.0 kg, the TS10 is the lightest Prevectron® 3 model. The housing is 316 stainless steel with electromagnetic shielding, and the 200 mm² nickel-plated copper central rod provides full electrical continuity. It is tested to a normative lightning current of 100 kA (Imax 200 kA), fixes to the pole with an M20 thread and carries a 5-year warranty. It is modular, eco-labelled and 100% recyclable.
Need a Larger Protected Area?
For medium-sized buildings and industrial sites, step up to the Prevectron 3 S40 (P1523). It has a 40 µs advance time for a much wider protection radius, with the same M20 fixing.
Complete the Installation
After a lightning strike, a lightning protection system must be inspected. An Indelec P8011 lightning counter on the down conductor records every strike, so you know when an inspection is due.
