Oriental Motor 5GV60B – KII Series Parallel Shaft Gearhead, 90 mm, 60:1
The Oriental Motor 5GV60B is a KII Series parallel shaft gearhead with a 60:1 gear ratio, a 90 mm (3.54 in) frame and a metric 18 mm output shaft. It is designed for Oriental Motor GV-type pinion shaft motors in the 90 mm, 40 W class, such as the 5IK40GV induction motors and the 5IK40UGV and SCM540GV speed control motors.
The 5GV60B reduces motor speed by a factor of 60 and increases output torque by the same factor. With a 40 W speed control motor, it is rated for up to 16.5 N·m of permissible torque, and the output speed range is about 1.5 to 23 r/min at 50 Hz.
