Indelec Prevectron 3 S40 Connect – P1623C
The Indelec Prevectron® 3 S40 Connect (P1623C) is the connected version of the Prevectron 3 S40 (P1523). Indelec designed it for medium-scale projects. It combines the proven reliability of the Prevectron® lightning rod with real-time access to its status through IoT connectivity, so facility managers and maintenance teams can monitor the lightning protection system remotely instead of relying only on periodic site visits.

What the Connect Module Adds
- Integrated Type 1 lightning strike counter: patented contactless counting technology, detecting strikes from 2 kA to 100 kA.
- 4G (LTE) / 2G (GPRS) communication: the unit reports the ESE lightning rod status, battery level and signal quality to Indelec’s online platform, indelec-connect.com.
- Solar-charged power supply: a LiFePO4 battery (3,200 mAh, 3.2 V) is recharged by a monocrystalline glass-coated solar panel.
- Proprietary clamp included for fixing to the mast (M20 thread).
Connect or Standard S40?
Choose the Connect version when you want strike counting and status reporting built into the air terminal. For a standard installation, the Prevectron 3 S40 (P1523) combined with an Indelec P8011 lightning counter on the down conductor gives you an on-site strike record.
