RP-33MC-26-Y-8 Winner Hydraulics: 300 L/min Metric-Thread Balanced Piston Relief Valve
The Winner Hydraulics RP-33MC-26-Y-8 is a pilot-operated, balanced piston relief valve for the metric 33MC-2 cavity, with an M33 x 2.0 thread. Part of Winner’s RP-26-8 series, it is rated for 300 L/min at a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar. Its integral 8A-2 control cavity accepts any 8A-2 pressure control cartridge as the pilot. That gives manifold builders working to metric cavity standards a high-flow main stage for adjustable, remote or electro-proportional pressure relief.
How It Works
An 8A-2 pilot cartridge installed in the valve sets the relief pressure. When pressure at port 1 overcomes that setting, the main stage opens port 2 and meters flow from port 1 to port 2 (P to T) to regulate system pressure. The pilot setting determines the pressure differential across the ports. Back pressure at port 2 adds directly to the setting at a 1:1 ratio. Port 2 is rated for full pressure.
