RC-10A-2G-Y-8-1 Winner Hydraulics – Pilot-Operated Balanced Poppet Relief with Reverse Flow Check, 10A Cavity, 95 l/min, 350 bar
The Winner Hydraulics RC-10A-2G-Y-8-1 is a patented pilot-operated, poppet-type screw-in cartridge relief valve with a built-in reverse check function. Its main stage has an integral 8A control cavity. Winner’s typical arrangement is to screw a PRA8A or PRB8A pressure proportional valve into this cavity, giving electrically variable relief pressure. When pressure at port 1 exceeds the pilot setting, the poppet opens and flows from port 1 to port 2. The check section flows from port 2 to port 1. Port 2 withstands full system pressure, so the valve is designed for cross-over relief braking circuits on hydraulic motors in mobile, agricultural and industrial machinery.

Both valves share the 10A-2 cavity, 95 l/min, 350 bar and the integral 8A control cavity. The -1 version is covered by Winner’s newer datasheet (B-101-521-E). It lists a check cracking pressure of about 2 bar and much lower internal leakage (about 0.7 cc/min at 70 bar). Winner doesn’t publish the reason for the -1 suffix, so if you are replacing a valve, order the exact reference on your existing equipment.
