PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-B1 Winner Hydraulics High-Pressure Proportional Relief Valve, 10W-2 Cavity
The Winner Hydraulics PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-B1 is the full-range, high-pressure version of Winner’s 10W-2 pilot-operated proportional relief valve. Where the B version stops at 210 bar of control pressure, the B1 extends proportional control up to 350 bar. Winner specifies this model whenever the required control pressure exceeds 210 bar. It is a spool-type, standard balanced design rated for 95 L/min, with a 7/8″-14UNF-2A thread. Its setting rises in proportion to coil current, from low pressure at zero command.
Principle of Operation
The valve blocks flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) until pressure at port 1 overcomes the electrically induced solenoid force acting on the pilot section. More current means more force and a higher relief setting, so system pressure follows the command signal proportionally. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
