PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-B Winner Hydraulics: 95 L/min Proportional Relief Valve for Low to Mid-Pressure Control
The Winner Hydraulics PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-B is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional relief valve for the 10W-2 cavity, with a 7/8″-14UNF-2A thread. It handles up to 95 L/min on its own, with no separate main stage. Its pressure setting rises in proportion to coil current, from a low pressure at zero command. The B version is optimised for control pressures up to 210 bar, with fine low-pressure ranges down to 2 bar. That makes it well suited to circuits that need precise electronic pressure adjustment in the lower and middle pressure bands.
Working Principle
The valve blocks flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) until pressure at port 1 is high enough to open the pilot section against the electrically induced solenoid force. As coil current increases, the induced force grows and the valve setting rises proportionally. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
