PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-A1 Winner Hydraulics: 95 L/min Inverse Proportional Relief Valve, 10W-2 Cavity

The Winner Hydraulics PRP-10W-2C-Y-Z-A1 is a pilot-operated, spool-type, inverse balanced proportional relief valve for the 10W-2 cavity, with a 7/8″-14UNF-2A thread. It holds its high pressure setting when no command is applied, and reduces the relief pressure in inverse proportion as coil current rises. It is rated for 95 L/min (120 L/min maximum) at up to 350 bar. That makes it a fail-to-high-pressure proportional relief solution in a single cartridge, for circuits that must keep full pressure available if the electrical signal is lost.

Operating Principle

Flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) is blocked until pressure at port 1 overcomes the spring force. Applying current to the coil reduces the effective spring force, lowering the valve setting. Higher current gives lower relief pressure, and with zero current the valve returns to its maximum setting within the selected range.
