PRP-08W-2C-Y-Z-B1 Winner Hydraulics Pilot-Operated Proportional Relief Valve, 30 L/min
The Winner Hydraulics PRP-08W-2C-Y-Z-B1 is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional relief valve for the 08W-2 cavity. Unlike Winner’s 1 L/min PRA and PRB pilot cartridges, the PRP is a complete proportional relief valve that handles system flow itself, up to 30 L/min at a maximum of 350 bar. Its regulated pressure is proportional to the input current, with low pressure when no command is applied. That makes it a compact, single-cartridge option for electronically adjustable pressure limiting in smaller hydraulic circuits.
How the PRP-08W-2C-Y-Z-B1 Works
The valve blocks flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) until pressure at port 1 is high enough to open the pilot section against the electrically induced solenoid force. Increasing coil current raises that force, so the relief setting rises proportionally. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
