PPP-10W-3C-Y-Z-B1 Winner Hydraulics: 80 L/min Full-Range Proportional Reducing/Relieving Valve
The Winner Hydraulics PPP-10W-3C-Y-Z-B1 is the highest-flow model in Winner’s PPP-3C family of pilot-operated proportional pressure reducing/relieving valves. Rated for 80 L/min, double the flow of the PPP-10W-3C-Y-Z-B, it fits the same 10W-3 cavity with a 7/8″-14UNF-2A thread. As a full-range B1 version, it offers five control ranges up to 350 bar. The reduced pressure rises in proportion to coil current from low pressure at zero command, with built-in relief to tank.
Operating Principle
When the coil is energised, oil flows from port 2 (inlet) to port 1 (reduced pressure) until port 1 pressure overcomes the solenoid force. The spool then shifts, closing port 2 and connecting port 1 to port 3 (tank) to relieve excess pressure. The more current applied, the higher the regulated pressure at port 1.
