The Winner Hydraulics PPP-10W-3C-Y-Z-B is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve for the 3-port 10W-3 cavity, with a 7/8″-14UNF-2A thread. It regulates a reduced pressure that rises in proportion to the coil current, from low pressure at zero command, and relieves excess pressure to tank. It is rated for 40 L/min at up to 350 bar. The B version is tailored to reduced-pressure control between 3 and 210 bar, and its maximum leakage of approximately 10 cc/min at 70 bar is the lowest in the PPP-3C range.
How the PPP-10W-3C-Y-Z-B Works
With current applied, the valve passes flow from port 2 (inlet) to port 1 (reduced pressure) until port 1 pressure overcomes the solenoid force. The spool then shifts, closing port 2 and opening port 1 to port 3 (tank) to relieve excess pressure. Increasing the current raises the reduced pressure proportionally.
