The Winner Hydraulics PPP-08W-3C-Y-Z-B1 is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve for the 3-port 08W-3 cavity, with a 3/4″-16UNF-2A thread. Its regulated pressure can be adjusted continuously, in proportion to the input current, from low pressure at zero command. Rated for 30 L/min at up to 350 bar, it offers five control ranges, including a K range up to 150 bar. It provides compact electronic pressure reduction with built-in relief in Winner’s W-series cavity format.
Operating Principle
When current is applied to the coil, flow passes from port 2 (inlet) to port 1 (reduced pressure) until the pressure at port 1 overcomes the solenoid force. The valve then shifts, closing port 2 and opening port 1 to port 3 (tank), relieving any excess pressure. More current gives a higher reduced pressure; at zero command the valve sits at low pressure.
