Unlike standard polypropylene models, the full PVDF wetted assembly of the NKP-65011 ensures exceptional structural, dimensional, and chemical stability in harsh industrial environments. It reliably withstands fluid temperatures up to 212°F (100°C) and handles highly corrosive fluids, including concentrated acids, bases, and organic solvents. The internal reed switch is hermetically sealed within the PVDF core, fully isolated from volatile process fumes and fluid ingress.
Reversible Contact Architecture and Compact Geometry
The NKP-65011 operates via an adaptable hinged float layout that supports both normally open (N/O) and normally closed (N/C) electrical signal architectures. Instead of requiring separate model profiles, the user can easily invert the switch behavior simply by rotating the device housing 180 degrees about its horizontal axis during mounting. The space-saving M16 bulkhead connection allows the switch to be secured quickly to thin-walled chemical tanks or specialized equipment with a tightening torque of 4 N·m.
