Unlike standard polypropylene options, the PVDF wetted assembly of the NKP-25016 is designed to withstand highly corrosive fluids, including concentrated acids, bases, and organic solvents. The internal reed switch is hermetically sealed within the PVDF core, fully isolated from volatile process fumes and fluid ingress to eliminate premature mechanical or electrical degradation.
Reversible Contact Architecture and Space-Saving Geometry
The NKP-25016 features an adjustable contact arrangement that supports both normally open (N/O) and normally closed (N/C) control logic. Rather than requiring distinct part numbers, the operator can easily reverse the switch action by rotating the device housing 180 degrees about its horizontal axis during installation. As the liquid level shifts past the installation boundary, an integrated magnet within the hinged float moves close to the reed contact, triggering an immediate and repeatable state change. This specific configuration includes a 6-meter PVC-clad connection cable for convenient long-distance wiring to industrial PLCs or central alarm panels.
