Mechanical Operation and Process Reliability
The core mechanism relies on a continuous rotating paddle powered by an internal electric motor. When the rising bulk material reaches the level of the paddle, its rotation is obstructed. This mechanical resistance triggers an internal microswitch that shifts the electrical contact to output an alarm signal, while simultaneously turning off the motor to prevent internal wear. Once the material level drops below the paddle path, a spring mechanism releases the motor, automatically resuming rotation.
