EX-13A Panasonic Ultra-Slim Thru-Beam Photoelectric Sensor – 500 mm, NPN, Front Sensing
The Panasonic EX-13A belongs to the EX-10 Ver.2 range of ultra-slim photoelectric sensors. It is a thru-beam pair (separate emitter and receiver) with front sensing, a 500 mm sensing range and an NPN open-collector output. Each head weighs about 20 g, so the pair fits into tight machine frames, pick-and-place units and small conveyors where a standard sensor body will not fit. A modulated red LED beam detects opaque objects down to ø2 mm, with a response time of 0.5 ms or less.
