EUCHNER ESM-BA201 Safety Relay Basic Module, 2 Safety Contacts
The EUCHNER ESM-BA201 (order no. 085610) is the entry-level basic module of the ESM safety relay range. It monitors emergency stop and guard circuits and reaches Category 4 / PL e to EN ISO 13849-1. It runs on 24 V AC or DC, so it fits both AC and DC control panels.
1-Channel or 2-Channel Control
The ESM-BA201 can be wired for single-channel or dual-channel control. Short-circuit and earth-fault monitoring are built in. Two green LEDs show the status of relays K1 and K2, and control cables can run up to 1,000 m (0.75 mm²).
Two Positively Driven Safety Contacts
Safety contacts 13/14 and 23/24 are floating, redundant and positively driven. They are rated AC-15 250 V / 3 A and DC-13 24 V / 3 A. For more output contacts, EUCHNER offers the ESM-BA301 (3 contacts) and ESM-BA701 in the same series.
