The Panasonic ERJ-8ENF1003V (listed by Panasonic as ERJ8ENF1003V) is a 100 kΩ, ±1 % precision thick film chip resistor in the 1206 (3.2 × 1.6 mm) size, from Panasonic’s ERJ-8EN series. Its 0.25 W rating is double that of the 0805 size. Together with a 200 V limiting element voltage, this makes it a common choice for voltage dividers, feedback networks and high-impedance sensing on industrial control boards, power supplies and drives. It uses a metal glaze thick film element on an alumina substrate with three-layer electrodes, is AEC-Q200 compliant and suits both reflow and flow soldering.
