Omron E3S-RS30B42-30 – E3S-R Retroreflective Photoelectric Sensor, 300 mm, PNP
The Omron E3S-RS30B42-30 is a retroreflective photoelectric sensor from Omron’s E3S-R series. It has a sensing distance of 300 mm, a PNP output and a 12–24 V DC supply. It comes in a rugged rectangular housing rated IP67, prewired with a 2 m cable.
A retroreflective sensor sends light to a reflector and detects objects when they interrupt the beam. Only one device needs wiring, which makes installation easier than with through-beam sensors. With a fast 1 ms response time and a selectable light-ON / dark-ON output, the E3S-RS30B42-30 is well suited to fast-moving conveyors and packaging lines.
