EUCHNER CES-A-UEA-04B Multicode Evaluation Unit for 4 Read Heads
The EUCHNER CES-A-UEA-04B (order no. 097075) is a DIN-rail evaluation unit from the CES-A non-contact, transponder-coded safety system range. A single unit monitors up to four guard doors and reaches Category 4 / PL e to EN ISO 13849-1.

The CES-A-UEA-04B detects every suitable CES-A actuator without teach-in, so it suits machines where actuators are replaced often. For single-actuator recognition, EUCHNER offers the unicode CES-A-AEA-04B.
Four Channels, One Compact Module
It has four door-monitoring outputs (O1–O4) and a diagnostic output (DIA), so the controller can see which guard is open. For one or two guards, the CES-A-UEA-02B is the two-channel alternative.
Safety Outputs
Two floating relay safety contacts (13/14, 23/24) with internally monitored contacts are rated AC-15 230 V / 1.5 A and DC-13 24 V / 1.2 A. A start button and feedback loop (Y1/Y2) can be connected. Response time ranges from max. 210 ms with 1 actuator to max. 450 ms with 4.
