The Schneider Electric BMXDDI1602 is a 16-channel discrete input module from the Modicon X80 I/O platform. This common I/O range serves both the Modicon M340 PLCs and the Modicon M580 ePAC controllers. It accepts 24 V DC signals in positive (sink) logic from push-buttons, limit switches and 2-wire or 3-wire proximity sensors. The module occupies a single rack slot and connects through a 20-way removable terminal block, so it can be replaced without rewiring.
