The Schneider Electric ATV930U55N4 is a wall-mounted variable speed drive from the Altivar Process ATV900 range. It is the 5.5 kW / 7.5 hp normal-duty model of the ATV930 standard series. It runs on a 380–480 V three-phase supply and comes with an integrated braking chopper and IP21 / UL Type 1 protection. The drive offers constant torque, variable torque and optimised torque control profiles for asynchronous motors. Acceleration and deceleration ramps are linear and adjustable separately from 0.01 to 9999 s. It also provides DC injection braking and 16 preset speeds. Safe Torque Off is rated SIL 3. Drive protections cover thermal overload, overcurrent, short circuit, DC bus overvoltage, line supply under/overvoltage, phase loss, motor phase break and overspeed.
