WAGO 857-304 JUMPFLEX® Relay Module, 24 VDC, 1 Changeover Contact, 6 A
The WAGO 857-304 is a JUMPFLEX® relay module with a 24 VDC input, one changeover contact rated for 6 A continuous current, and a yellow status LED, all in a housing only 6 mm wide. It acts as a coupling relay between a PLC’s digital outputs and field devices such as contactors, solenoid valves, lamps and motor starters. It isolates the control system from the load circuit and switches loads up to 250 VAC.
Space-Saving 6 mm Design
At just 6 mm wide, the 857-304 lets you fit a large number of coupling relays on a short length of DIN rail, which is a real advantage in crowded control cabinets. A yellow status LED shows at a glance when the relay is energised.
Safe Isolation and Reliable Switching
The module provides 4 kV (rms) isolation between the control and load circuits. The AgSnO₂ changeover contact switches up to 250 VAC, with a switching capacity of AC-15 3 A / 250 VAC and DC-13 2 A / 24 VDC and a maximum make current of 20 A AC (resistive, 0.02 s). The typical pull-in time is 8 ms and the typical drop-out time is 4 ms.
Push-in CAGE CLAMP® and Replaceable Relay
Wiring is fast with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® terminals for solid and fine-stranded conductors from 0.34 to 2.5 mm² (22–14 AWG). The relay itself, the WAGO 857-152, is plugged in and can be replaced in seconds without rewiring. That keeps downtime to a minimum after many switching cycles.
