The Siemens 6SL3225-0BE25-5AA1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM250 for 3-phase 380–480 V supplies, rated 5.5 kW in high-overload duty and 7.5 kW in low-overload duty. The PM250 can feed braking energy back into the supply instead of dissipating it in a braking resistor, and it has an integrated Class A line filter. That makes it a strong choice for applications with frequent braking or regenerative loads, such as hoists, conveyors with downhill sections, centrifuges and winders. The module comes in frame size C and is operated together with a separately ordered SINAMICS G120 Control Unit.
