The Oriental Motor 5GVR60B is a KII Series parallel shaft gearhead with a 60:1 gear ratio, a 90 mm (3.54 in) frame and a metric 18 mm output shaft. It is designed for Oriental Motor GVR-type pinion shaft motors in the 90 mm, 90 W class, such as the 5IK90GVR induction motors and the 5IK90UGVR speed control motors.
The 5GVR60B reduces motor speed by a factor of 60 and increases output torque. With the 90 W 5IK90GVR-UA induction motor at 115 VAC, 60 Hz, it gives a rated speed of 30 rpm and a rated torque of approx. 30 N·m. It suits slow-running conveyors, indexing tables, mixers and other drives that need high torque at low speed.
