ABB 2TLA050013R0132 – Jokab Safety MKey8M Interlock Switch, Power to Lock, 24 VDC
The ABB 2TLA050013R0132 is the MKey8M 24 VDC, the electromagnetic “power to lock” version of ABB’s Jokab Safety MKey8 interlock switch series. It provides position detection and locking for moving machine guards, fitted to the leading edge of sliding, hinged or lift-off guards. The locking mechanism is only engaged while the solenoid (A1-A2) is supplied with operating voltage, and the actuator key can only be released when that voltage is removed. With a holding force of 2000 N, it is designed for gates and hatches where access must be prevented until hazardous operations have ceased.
