Schmersal 101161097 AZ 16 ZVRK-M20-2254 – Safety Door Switch with Separate Actuator, 5 N Latching
The Schmersal 101161097 (AZ 16 ZVRK-M20-2254) is an electromechanical safety switch with a separate actuator, from the Schmersal AZ 16 series. It monitors the position of hinged, sliding and removable safety guards: when the guard is opened and the actuator is withdrawn, the positive-break NC contact opens.
This is a special version (-2254) with a latching force of 5 N. It holds the actuator lightly in the closed position, so the guard opens with little effort. Other features:
- three M20 cable entries
- compact 52 × 90 × 30 mm housing
- double-insulated thermoplastic enclosure, IP67
What the Part Number Means
- 101161097 – Schmersal item (order) number
