Kobold NKP-640110 – NKP Side-Mounted Float Level Switch, M16 Bulkhead, Polypropylene
The Kobold NKP-640110 is a side-mounted float level switch from Kobold’s NKP series, with an M16 bulkhead connection and polypropylene construction. The bulkhead version mounts through a hole in the tank wall and is fixed with a nut, so it is ideal for thin-walled plastic tanks that have no threaded boss.
The switch has a hinged plastic float containing a magnet. When the liquid level rises above or falls below the installation point, the float switches a hermetically sealed reed contact. The function can be changed between normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) by rotating the switch 180°. The design is compact and virtually maintenance-free, and polypropylene gives good chemical resistance for water and many process liquids.
