Kobold NKP-24011.6 – NKP Side-Mounted Float Level Switch, Polypropylene, 1/2″ NPT
The Kobold NKP-24011.6 is a side-mounted float level switch from Kobold’s NKP series, built in polypropylene with a 1/2″ NPT connection. It is a cost-effective, compact level switch for mounting in the side wall of tanks, especially where the top or bottom of the tank is not accessible.
The switch has a plastic float containing a magnet. When the liquid level rises above or falls below the installation point, the float moves and switches a hermetically sealed reed contact. The contact function can be changed between normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) simply by rotating the switch 180°. With no complex parts, the NKP is virtually maintenance-free. The polypropylene construction gives good chemical resistance for water, chemicals and many process liquids.
