Omron E5CC-CX3A5M-000 – E5CC Digital Temperature Controller, 48 × 48 mm, 4–20 mA Output
The Omron E5CC-CX3A5M-000 is a digital temperature controller from Omron’s E5CC series in the compact 48 × 48 mm (1/16 DIN) format. It has a linear current control output (4–20 mA / 0–20 mA), 3 auxiliary outputs, a universal input and a 100–240 V AC supply, with screw terminals.
The current output makes this model ideal for driving power controllers (thyristor units), proportional valves and other analog actuators, giving smooth, continuous control instead of on/off switching. The universal input accepts thermocouples, Pt100 resistance thermometers, infrared thermosensors and analog current/voltage signals, so one controller can cover many applications. Settings can be made through the front keys or via CX-Thermo software, which connects without the controller needing to be powered. Built-in timer and logic functions can also replace simple PLC tasks.
