Integrated Throttle Module and Manual Override
Each 6524 position has two flow restriction screws, one for supply air (P) and one for exhaust air (R). These set the opening and closing speed of the process valve independently. A red-lever mechanical manual override sits on every valve. Non-return valves in the exhaust duct stop back pressure from switching the process valve by mistake. After 200 ms the holding current is reduced automatically, which lowers energy use in long-term operation.
