Festo 574336 SMT-8M-A-PS-24V-E-5,0-OE – Magnetoresistive Proximity Sensor, T-Slot, PNP, 5 m Cable
The Festo 574336 (type SMT-8M-A-PS-24V-E-5,0-OE) is a magnetoresistive proximity sensor that detects piston position on pneumatic actuators with a T-slot. It drops into the slot from above and is screwed in place, so you can fit or move it without dismantling the cylinder. The sensor is fully electronic, with no moving contacts, and has a PNP normally open (N/O) output on 5–30 V DC.
It comes with a 5 m PUR cable with an open end (3 wires), so you can wire it straight into a terminal box or controller with no extra connecting cable.
