Festo 19232 DSNU-16-100-PPV-A – Round Cylinder, Ø16 mm, 100 mm Stroke, ISO 6432
The Festo 19232 (type DSNU-16-100-PPV-A) is a double-acting round cylinder with a 16 mm piston and a 100 mm stroke. It is built to ISO 6432. The cylinder has an adjustable pneumatic end-position cushioning (PPV) at both ends and a magnetic piston (A), so proximity sensors can detect its position without any extra parts. The barrel and piston rod are high-alloy stainless steel, and the end caps are anodised aluminium.
At 6 bar it develops 121 N on the advance stroke and 104 N on the return stroke. It works from 1 to 10 bar, between −20 and +80 °C. Its compact, ISO-standard design makes it a common choice for packaging, assembly, handling and general automation, and a direct replacement for other ISO 6432 cylinders of the same size.
