5GN25K Oriental Motor Parallel Shaft Gearhead, 25:1, 90 mm Frame
The 5GN25K from Oriental Motor is a GN-type parallel shaft gearhead with a 25:1 reduction ratio, for 90 mm (3.54 in.) square frame motors. Mounted on a motor with a GN-type pinion shaft, it cuts the output speed to about 72 r/min at 60 Hz (60 r/min at 50 Hz) and multiplies the available torque at a 12 mm output shaft. That suits it to conveyors, feeders, mixers and other low-speed drives. Gearheads are sold separately from the motor, so you can pick the right ratio for the application or replace a worn gearhead without changing the motor.
