The Siemens 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 is the LOGO! 12/24RCE logic module from the LOGO! 8.3 generation. It has a 12/24 V DC supply, an integrated display, 8 digital inputs (4 of which can be used as 0–10 V analog inputs) and 4 relay outputs up to 10 A, with memory for 400 function blocks. Ethernet, an integrated web server, data logging, user-defined web pages, a standard microSD card slot and cloud connection are built in. It is one of the most widely installed LOGO! versions in building services, machines and small automation tasks. Siemens now supplies it as a spare part; the successor is the LOGO! 8.4 model 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA2, which adds MQTT.

Product Lifecycle and Successor
Siemens lists the 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 as a spare part that is no longer available as a standard product. The successor is the 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA2, a LOGO! 12/24RCE for LOGO! Soft Comfort V8.4 or higher with the same I/O and memory plus MQTT. Atlantech Drives can supply either version: the 0BA1 for like-for-like replacement, or the current 0BA2.
