According to Siemens’ CP 342-5 manual, the 6GK7342-5DA02-0XE0 can replace the earlier CP 342-5 versions 6GK7342-5DA00-0XE0 and 6GK7342-5DA01-0XE0. It is functionally compatible with the fibre-optic version CP 342-5 FO (6GK7342-5DF00-0XE0). A later version, 6GK7342-5DA03-0XE0, also exists.
