PPC-11A-3D-Y-Z-74 Winner Hydraulics Electro-Proportional Pressure Reducing/Relieving Valve
The Winner Hydraulics PPC-11A-3D-Y-Z-74 is a direct-acting, spool-type, electro-proportional pressure reducing/relieving valve with improved dynamic response, for the 3-port 11A-3 cavity. It reduces a higher inlet pressure to a constant, electronically controlled pressure at its reduced port, and relieves excess pressure to tank at full flow. It delivers its high pressure setting with no command: increasing the coil current lowers the reduced pressure proportionally. Rated for 20 L/min at 350 bar and protected by US patent US9234605, it offers precise, fast-responding pressure control from a single cartridge.
How the PPC-11A-3D-Y-Z-74 Works
In reducing mode, oil flows from port 2 (inlet) to port 1 (reduced pressure) at the set pressure. If pressure at port 1 rises above the coil-induced setting, the valve relieves from port 1 to port 3 (tank/drain). Between the reducing and relieving functions the spool closes, which minimises oil consumption. With zero current the valve holds the highest setting of its range, and raising the current reduces the pressure at port 1 in proportion.

Manufacturer Notes
- When inlet pressure is 210–350 bar, Winner recommends keeping the reduced pressure at port 1 at a minimum of 30 bar for best control.
