PRP-16W-2C-Y-Z-B1 Winner Hydraulics: 300 L/min High-Flow Proportional Relief Valve
The Winner Hydraulics PRP-16W-2C-Y-Z-B1 is the highest-flow model in Winner’s PRP-2C range of pilot-operated proportional relief valves. Rated for 300 L/min at up to 350 bar, this spool-type, standard balanced cartridge fits the 16W-2 cavity with a 1-5/16″-12UN-2A thread. It provides electronically variable pressure relief in a single valve: the setting rises in proportion to coil current, from low pressure at zero command, with no separate pilot cartridge required.
Operation
Flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) is blocked until pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section against the electrically induced solenoid force. Increasing the coil current raises this force, so the relief pressure follows the command signal proportionally. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
