The Winner Hydraulics PRP-13A-2C-Y-Z-B1 is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional relief valve for the 13A-2 cavity. It handles up to 95 L/min and covers proportional control pressures up to 350 bar. As a B1 version, it offers the full set of control ranges, from fine low-pressure regulation starting at 3.5 bar to high-pressure control at 350 bar. Its setting rises in proportion to coil current, from a low pressure at zero command, giving a single-cartridge solution for electronically variable pressure limiting.
Operating Principle
Flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) is blocked until pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section against the electrically induced solenoid force. Raising the coil current increases this force, so the relief setting climbs in proportion to the command signal. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
