PRP-10A-2C-Y-Z-B Winner Hydraulics Proportional Relief Valve, 10A-2 Cavity, M20 x 1.5
The Winner Hydraulics PRP-10A-2C-Y-Z-B is a pilot-operated, spool-type, standard balanced electro-proportional relief valve for the 10A-2 cavity, with a metric M20 x 1.5 thread. It regulates system pressure directly at flows up to 95 L/min, and its setting rises in proportion to coil current from a low pressure at zero command. The B version covers control pressures up to 210 bar, plus a dedicated E range for very fine low-pressure control from 3.5 to 30 bar. It brings electronic pressure adjustment to manifolds built around Winner’s A-series 10A-2 cavity.
How It Works
The valve blocks flow from port 1 (P) to port 2 (T) until pressure at port 1 opens the pilot section against the electrically induced solenoid force. Higher coil current increases that force, so the relief setting rises proportionally. Pressure at port 2 is added to the cracking pressure.
