RP-3A-20-Y-8 Winner Hydraulics: 200 L/min Balanced Piston Relief Main Stage with 8A Control Cavity
For circuits that need more relief capacity than a 10-size cartridge can handle, the Winner Hydraulics RP-3A-20-Y-8 delivers 200 L/min at up to 350 bar in the 3A-2 cavity. The main stage is a pilot-operated balanced piston design with a built-in 8A-2 control cavity, so any 8A-2 pressure control cartridge can be added as the pilot. One cartridge then provides both high-flow relief and flexible pressure setting: manual, remote or electro-proportional.
How Pressure Is Controlled
The 8A-2 pilot cartridge determines the relief setting. As soon as pressure at port 1 overcomes it, the balanced piston pilot-opens port 2 and meters flow from port 1 to port 2 (P to T), keeping system pressure regulated. The pilot setting controls the pressure differential between the two ports. Any back pressure at port 2 adds 1:1 to the setting. Port 2 is rated for full system pressure.
