The RP-22MA-2S-Y-8 is Winner Hydraulics’ metric-thread version of its compact balanced piston relief main stage. It installs in the 22MA-2 cavity with an M22 x 1.5 thread, which suits manifolds machined to metric cavity standards. The valve is rated for 95 L/min at 350 bar. Its integral 8A-2 control cavity accepts any 8A-2 pressure control cartridge as the pilot, giving a short, self-contained assembly for remote or electro-proportional pressure relief.
Operation
A pilot cartridge fitted in the 8A-2 cavity sets the relief pressure. When pressure at port 1 rises above that setting, the balanced piston main stage pilot-opens port 2 and meters flow from port 1 to port 2 (P to T) to regulate system pressure. The pilot setting determines the pressure differential across the ports. Back pressure at port 2 adds to the setting at a 1:1 ratio.
