The Winner Hydraulics RP-3A-2G-Y-8 is a high-flow, pilot-operated relief cartridge for the 3A-2 cavity. It handles up to 200 L/min at 350 bar. Its main stage uses a balanced poppet and includes a built-in 8A-2 cavity, so any 8A-2 pressure control cartridge can act as the pilot. That combination gives a single, compact assembly for remote or electro-proportional pressure regulation on higher-flow circuits.
Operating Principle
Port 1 is the inlet and port 2 is the outlet. Once inlet pressure overcomes the setting of the 8A-2 pilot cartridge, the main poppet lifts and meters flow from port 1 to port 2 to regulate pressure. The pilot setting determines the pressure differential between the two ports. Back pressure at port 2 adds to the setting on a 1:1 basis.
