The RP-10A-2G-Y-8 from Winner Hydraulics is a 2-port, pilot-operated relief valve built around a balanced poppet main stage with an integral 8A-2 control cavity. The integrated cavity accepts any 8A-2 pressure control cartridge as the pilot stage. That makes the RP-10A-2G-Y-8 a compact main stage for remote, adjustable or electro-proportional pressure control in a 10A-2 cavity.
How the RP-10A-2G-Y-8 Works
When pressure at port 1 (inlet) exceeds the setting of the pilot cartridge fitted in the 8A cavity, the main poppet opens toward port 2 (outlet). Flow is then metered to hold system pressure. The pressure differential between port 1 and port 2 is set by the pilot control. Any back pressure at port 2 (tank) adds directly to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio.
