The Winner Hydraulics RC-3A-2G-Y-8 is a screw-in cartridge relief valve for higher flows. It is pilot-operated with a balanced poppet and a built-in reverse flow check. It is the larger brother of the RC-10A-2G-Y-8: it fits a 3A-2 cavity and handles up to 200 l/min, more than twice the flow of the 10A size. Its main stage has an integral 8A control cavity that takes a separate pilot or control cartridge. Because the valve accepts maximum pressure at port 2, it is suitable for cross-port relief circuits on larger hydraulic motors, such as travel and swing drives, winches, and high-flow mobile and industrial hydraulic systems.

Ports

How It Works
When pressure at port 1 reaches the pilot setting, the balanced main poppet opens and relieves flow to port 2. If pressure at port 2 exceeds port 1, the integral check opens at about 0.3 bar and allows reverse flow. This helps make up flow on the low-pressure side of motor circuits.
