The Panasonic AQH2223 is a compact board-mount solid state relay (SSR) from the AQ-H series, which Panasonic designs for AC load control. It switches up to 0.9 A RMS with a 600 V repetitive peak OFF-state voltage. It uses random (non-zero-cross) turn-on and comes in a standard DIP 8-pin package with PC board terminals. 5,000 Vrms input-to-output isolation separates the control electronics from the mains-side load. The AQ-H series handles both 100 V and 200 V AC loads with a single part, so OEMs selling into different markets do not need separate part numbers.
