The Ekip Dip family uses a simple dip-switch interface for setting the protection functions directly on the front of the trip unit. The LS/I version provides:
- L – protection against overload with long inverse time-delay trip
- S or I – protection against short-circuit, selectable as delayed (S) or instantaneous (I)
For the XT7, Ekip Dip LS/I is available with rating plugs of 630, 800, 1000, 1250 and 1600 A.
