WAGO 787-1602 Switched-Mode Power Supply, Classic, 24 VDC, 1 A
The WAGO 787-1602 is a compact single-phase switched-mode power supply from WAGO’s EPSITRON® Classic range. It provides a regulated 24 VDC output at 1 A in a slim 22.5 mm DIN-rail housing. It is designed to power small control circuits, sensors, relays, HMI panels and small I/O systems in control cabinets, and it is certified to NEC Class 2 for North American installations.
Wide Input Range for Worldwide Use
The 787-1602 accepts a wide range of input voltages, from 85 to 264 VAC (44–66 Hz) or 120 to 372 VDC. That lets the same unit be used on mains supplies worldwide without switching settings. The output voltage can be adjusted from 23 to 28.5 VDC to compensate for voltage drop on longer cable runs.
Extra Power When It’s Cool
The rated output is 1 A at 24 VDC. At ambient temperatures up to 40 °C, the unit can deliver 1.2 A, giving a small margin for loads with higher starting current. Typical efficiency is 86 %.
DC OK Signal and Built-In Protection
A DC OK signal allows the controller to monitor the power supply status, and a green LED shows that the output is active. On the input side, the unit is protected by an internal T 2 A fuse and a varistor. An internal protective circuit limits the output to below 39 VDC in case of an error.
