The Taisei Kogyo P-UL,UM,UH-10,12-20UW is a genuine replacement element with a 20 µm wire gauze medium, for Taisei Kogyo U series line filters in sizes 10A and 12A. The 20 µm rating is a mid-range choice for general hydraulic protection. It captures wear particles that damage pumps and valves while keeping pressure drop moderate.
The 20 µm Option for Every Fluid
The 20 µm paper grade (20U) is not available for water-glycol fluids, according to Taisei Kogyo. That makes the wire gauze 20UW the way to get 20 µm filtration in water-glycol systems, where it is supplied as P-G-UL,UM,UH-10,12-20UW. This version is for mineral oil.
Common to UL, UM and UH
This element fits UL (up to 3.5 MPa), UM (up to 7 MPa) and UH (up to 21 MPa) filters. The common code printed on the label is the same product as P-UL-10A-20UW, P-UM-10-20UW and P-UH-10A-20UW, and their 12 size equivalents.
